PC Repair

Is your PC continually crashing? Have you lost access to your files or applications or perhaps it won't even boot at all?

Don't panic. @home IT are here to repair the fault and bring your computer back to life.

Our engineers will diagnose the fault and quote for any parts, if required. Our labour cost is fixed regardless of the time taken to repair the fault. We always aim to return your PC to the way it was in before the fault occurred, not factory default.

We'll also carry out a healthcheck for you and recommend any upgrades or improvements which would benefit your system.

How much does it cost?

Our pc repair service costs £70.00 including vat plus any parts if you bring your PC to us or £97.50 including vat plus parts if we come to you. We have an assessment charge of £30.00 including vat (£50.00 including vat if we come to your home).

What's the assessment for?

If, after a thorough investigation, we find that your PC is beyond repair or you do not wish to continue with the repair then this covers our costs for the time taken to investigate the fault. The assessment fee is deducted from the final repair bill, it is not an addition. For example, if you bring your PC to us and it is repaired, you do not pay the £30.00 assessment fee plus the £70.00 fix, just the £70.00.

What next?

Bring your PC in or we can come to you (within a 5 mile radius). Click here to find out where we are and when we're open. Depending on the fault and if we require additional parts, the engineer may suggest that it would be more practical to take your PC back to our workshop to complete the repair before returning it to you.
